• I balance the polarities of existence in order to recognize the contrast that is ever present. Spring delight of birdies mixed with the power of water turned ice crystal dancing through the scene allow us to both honor and recgonize the flow of life. Be easy. Enjoy whatever circumstances you have co-created. Life is a flow of love. Your participation is requested.

 • It has taken millions of years for water to cut the channels of the sacred Grand Canyon. The length of time it takes for water to carve passages and curves in the earth is similar to our evolutionary process as a species. Beauty is always being created, but we have to relish the process instead of try to rush it. Be gentle with yourself and have patience. Trust the divine timing.

Good for the Seventh (Crown) Chakra: Humility and Vastness – connection to your higher self. Access to divine Mother/father
Transcendence. The Tenth Gate. The seat of the soul.
Location: Crown of the head.
Organ/Gland: Brain, pineal gland.
Deficiency/Excess: Constant sense of frustration, no joy, destructive feelings, migraine headaches and depression. Excess of energy in this chakra causes confusion, spiritual addiction, and dissociation from body.
Color: Violet
